Two rooms available in the same house. It does share a bathroom!
Room in a 3 bed/2 bath house (a couple minutes away) - Two rooms currently available:
- Smaller room with a small closet: $1,150/month + utilities
-... Larger room with a bigger closet and its own private entry/exit to the backyard, so you can come and go without using the main house entrance: $1,200/month + utilities
Utilities here are much lower, usually around $75-$95 per person. They're split three ways between all the bedrooms, even if the third room isn't occupied yet.
The third room hasn't been filled yet, so until it is, whoever takes one of these rooms will have the shared bathroom all to themselves.
