Run away , each apartment only has one window in each bedroom, when you cook the food will stay in the living room there’s no ventilation. Again because there no ventilation there’s so much MOLD, on your clothes , bathroom , ceiling and window frame the mold never goes away. My A/C was out for 3 months in Texas heat - this has been the worst apartment experience I’ve had. Car break ins, no a/c, mold, dirty hallways. Just run away!!

STAY AWAY
My experience with Fowler and their property at 4625 Virginia Ave Dallas Tx 75204 has been extremely disappointing. I moved in October 2023 and encountered numerous issues. For the first eight days, there was no air conditioning or heating. I had to endure this until they provided a window unit, which I ended up using for seven months. The units are plagued with mold, and despite repeated assurances, the HVAC system was never properly fixed.
In March 2024, things took a turn for the worse.... Water began leaking from a light fixture in my kitchen, and shortly after, the sewer backed up in my shower for over four days. I was forced to find alternative accommodation, but I received no compensation for the inconvenience.
The situation escalated in April when an office employee instructed a contractor to break into my apartment to fix ceiling patches from an earlier AC installation. I was asleep at the time and was abruptly woken by drilling noises. The contractor was unaware I was home, and I was never informed who authorized this intrusion. When I raised the issue with the manager, their response was dismissive and unprofessional.
Recently, last weekend my HVAC system failed again, and my stove stopped working on the same night. Additionally, there have been incidents of homeless individuals breaking into and staying in vacant units. Today is my final day here; I can no longer tolerate these ongoing issues
Overall, Fowler has demonstrated a complete lack of care and professionalism. They never answer the phone, and they consistently fail to respond to emails or voicemails. I am considering legal action due to the ongoing issues and the poor handling of my concerns. I strongly advise staying away from Fowler and this property.
