Marisol is amazing. She is one of the few managers that will actually run off the people who cause problems and violate lease rules. If you have ever lived in a apartment complex where the management does nothing to help you when you have horrible neighbors you know what I am talking about. That is NOT the case here. Marisol is firm by fair. If you are the type of person who likes to break rules, you are going to not like this place as you will eventually be evicted. However, if you are a mature... adult, who can follow the rules and be a good neighbor, this is the place for you! I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues with management but I also follow rules and treat my neighbors with respect. However when I had neighbors who were disrespectful, noisy repeatedly, and just all around caused problems for not only me but other residents, the management always took care of the issue. Loved the Management -and staff. The property is well kept and has the offers that help you appreciate life. I've lived in Houston since 1980 and this is by far 1 off the top 3 Apartments that was Great/Excellent.

I only wish they had Guest Parking.

Marisol and Denise are extremely helpful and this is a safe and well kept gated community. My girlfriend and I love it here and I look forward to coming home to this place every night.

I finally moved out I was tired of living there with terrible manager(Marisol) and bad attitude, when you move in they treat you well but when you complain about something they dont like that and they treat you ugly or ignore you. I left the apartment clean everything was in perfect condition, we thought they would return the security deposit or at least part of it! Well I got $ 26 check only from $ 250. They are charging me some bulbs and the said they "painted the apartment" the only thing... that was with little grease was the wall that is above the stove, which obviously i couldnt clean it because it was water painted! It wasnt even washable, so they charged me $ 200 for paint that wall and others that needs some paint supposedly!!!! Oh well so i dont recomend this place, terrible managment, has roaches, ants, no visitor parking, the manager has bad attitude and very rude ( marisol), the leasing agent (Dennise) she is very nice she should be the manager!!!! they charge for everything, and they dont fix anything, the maintenance is an old man who only likes to gossip and the housekeeper that (doesnt know how to clean) is always on the phone !!! First of all, be prepared to "pay rent with pest control included" and not get any pest control services. They claim to come to your unit every Friday which is a lie. I've stayed home on MULTIPLE fridays all day and NO ONE came. I had an ongoing problem with ants coming through every crack they could possibly come through. Oh, and if you want to enjoy the pool with some of your own music...lol guess again my friend. No radios/music allowed. Want to do something so simple as back into your... parking spot? LOL nope! Can't even do that. Must park head on. They literally control you. Make sure you don't have a broom sitting out on your patio or you'll be fined $50 for it being a "trip hazard" HAHA yup, you read that right. Want a friend/family member to come over for dinner? Make sure they're gone by 9 or their car will get towed. Oh, and make sure they park all the way at the office since they're not allowed inside the gates. Relevant, isn't it? It took me 5 weeks to get my security deposit back...wanna know why? The intelligent management that run this place put my unit number (THAT I WAS MOVING OUT OF) as my forwarding address. I had to take matters into my own hands and call corporate to figure out what the issue was and why it was taking so long. Literally took me 3 mins to get to the bottom of it but marisol needed over 2 weeks to figure it out....like I said.
