I wanted this review to be fair and factual.
Since moving in mid-March, I’ve submitted 13–14 maintenance requests, with issues starting immediately and continuing for months.
1. I was charged for a garage but didn’t receive a working clicker for about a month, and someone else was using my assigned space. It took weeks to resolve.
2. A move-in repair request for cracked sheetrock was closed but never completed.
3. My washer was partially disassembled and unusable.
4. The refrigerator ice... maker and water dispenser didn’t work. I was initially told to buy my own filter, though it should have been provided.
5. My washer continued staining clothes.
6. About six weeks in, the third bedroom roof leaked and part of the ceiling collapsed. Repairs weren’t finished until June, leaving the room unusable while I paid full rent. My rent concession request is still unresolved, and the carpet was only cleaned after I asked.
7. I had to request lubrication for noisy garage door hinges.
8. The front door lock battery failed shortly after move-in.
9. Water continues to collect in my dryer despite being marked as fixed.
When I asked the leasing office for corporate contact info after waiting over a month on my rent concession, I was told to resend emails they already had.
The property looks nice, but my experience has been ongoing maintenance issues and slow responses.
I will not be renewing my lease and cannot recommend this property.

To all new residents looking to live here BE CAUTIOUS.

I had one of the worst living experiences at this apartment complex and would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice.

The biggest issue is safety — this place simply does not feel safe. Police were constantly in and out of the property, which is never something you want to see where you live. On top of that, there was a persistent smell of marijuana throughout the complex — in the hallways, stairwells, and even near... the units — and nothing was ever done about it.

Management made everything worse. They were unprofessional, unresponsive, and honestly just rude. In particular, the assistant manager, Berkeley, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive whenever I tried to bring up concerns. Instead of helping, it felt like they didn’t care at all and just brushed issues off.

Overall, between the lack of safety and rude management, this was a very frustrating experience. It’s not worth the money, and I would not recommend living here. Please Beware. Read More

There are a few things I can say one is bring your own microwave I have been waiting on a so called part for the microwave since 02/25/2025 we are almost approaching a month and still no part. I guess it’s coming from Egypt so I went to wal mart and just brought a microwave I mean it was only 50.00 and I didn’t have to wait months literally an hour process. I called the office and of course Priscilla I mean she always has an excuse like no apologies for the inconvenience. Idc if ther is a... warranty on the microwave so you make a resident wait because you don’t want to spend or provide a 60.00 microwave. Even in the slums where I lived before highline loft to be exact they provided a microwave when the microwave went out. But 1800.00 for rent I mean who really needs a microwave… No one cleans up behind their dogs here they have huge dogs such as doodles, German shepherds, etc that drop loads of crap and yeah they just walk pass it. Oh I almost forgot they don’t do in apartment inspections they inspect from the outside of your door how dangerous?? Been living here for 6 months and so far it has been amazing very quiet & it’s gated & I feel very safe. Morgan at the rent office is amazing & always so helpful and nice. It’s extremely new so its a very nice community
