well it has w/d connections, dishwashers,is pet friendly, in an excellent school district and very low crime area. I'd say for the price you pay it is a good deal in corpus christi. yes the outside could use some paint to make it more attractive but honestly its really nice living here. the inside of the units are nice and i feel pretty safe living here. i keep my unit clean and sanitized and have had no pest problems, just like any place u live if you clean it properly u wont have those kindsa... issues.

Terrible
I've lived here there was rats and roaches everywhere. The beds also have termites. It's the worst place I've ever been to. -100000000 out of 10 stars

South forks
The maintaince is slow, we've had a hole in the ceiling since we'ved moved in. And they say everything's included when reality it wasn't. We got charged for everything. But other then that it's pretty good.
