10/10, Everything about the apartments is great. Pool, Carwash Station, Nice Staff, Pool, Dog Parks, Volleyball Net and outside cooking Areas. Gated and Light up at night. It truly Makes you feel safe when living here. Other Residents are Super Nice as well!

Great location. Maintenance is really good when I need something. Love the monthly book club. My only complaints are 1) the pool being closed on Mondays and 2) the trash valet being off on Fridays and Saturdays

South Bay is such a beautiful place with great people around. Staffs are amazing. Very clean place, with friendly neighbors. PLUSwe have a beautiful pool, that the keep clean every Monday and grills all around the complex
