Overall, living at South Bay has been a positive experience. The 24-hour gym is well stocked with equipment and is kept very clean. The pool and courtyard area are beautiful and relaxing places to spend time. I also enjoy the trash valet amenity and the community gates. I have found staff and maintenance to be helpful and respectful.

Beautiful apartment complex! Easy payment options and has some that allow you to split to make it even easier for college students. Would definitely choose south bay again!

I Love living here at South Bay apartments and have done so since early 2019. My 2 bedroom apartment with a sun room is spacious and I can clean the whole thing in top to bottom in 2 hours. My neighbors are friendly and my only outdoor chore is getting the trash can outside my door at night for the valet. The apartment management and staff treat you like family and are always having fun events. There is fresh (and fresh) coffee in the office too! The pool is laid out perfect and we have several... top-notch grilling areas. The gym has great equipment and we have a new yoga center. But the best part is the staff, the surroundings are always clean thanks to the tireless grounds person and the maintenance crew can fix anything that breaks and do it quickly. The rent is reasonable so why live anywhere else?

It’s been absolutely amazing and the amenities are nothing but perfection. Me and my three roommates have been living here for a few years now and absolutely love it. The pool is always well kept the staff is always busy working, maintenance is timely.
