This apartment complex is close to all activities in corpus. The amenities are great and the staff including maintenance are awesome! The apartments are spacious and the office is open good hours for in person assistance. The manager down to earth and very friendly to her residents and assisted out needs the best she can. This place offers a lot of activities for residents to do so.

South Bay apartments have been my favorite place to live! Living so close to the freeway is so convenient, yet we are far enough away that you barely hear the traffic. The amenities are awesome, especially the pool and gym. The maintenance staff can fix anything and do it quickly! They also take care of the grounds as if it was their own home. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, the management staff are friendly, l knowledgeable and understanding. I have been living here since 2019 and... honestly cannot envision ever moving. I think they are stuck with me here! I love the place!

Lived here for two years and really enjoyed the community. Nice location and quiet neighborhood. The only reason that I did not renew my lease is because I was moving out of state for a job.

South bay staff and maintenance have been great to work with! Our neighbors not as much. The people above us and some others somewhere near us don’t come alive until 2am sometimes and like to jump up and squeal. I’m guessing they are watching sports, high on life or playing drinking games, and for sure do laundry at all hours. All those things are fun just prefer if it were not during “quiet hours”.
