I've had constant plumbing issues to the point that it took 1 year to have a simple trash disposal replaced, and that's only because the sewer backed-up into the kitchen sink :( I wore my pandemic mask all night because of the horrible sewer smell. SMH I would continue to list all the issues I encountered but... mentally, I can't go there. It's too exhausting. The staff in the office is rude about 90% of the time and makes it pretty clear that they could care less about the tenant experience while leasing. The rent unexpectedly went up with added additional monthly fees (pest control fee, trash fee, street fee, and pet fee). Listen, I am finishing off my last lease here and would say from one human to another, you can do better just about anywhere else. If there were any advantages to considering living here, I would mention them. Wish I would have seen a review like this before I decided to rent here. I have loved living at this apartment it is so nice and everyone is so friendly !!! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Corpus Christi area!

Please save your money and live anywhere but here. I made a grave mistake moving in here again, and now I'm suffering through a year long lease. They don't fix the Air Conditioner no matter how many times you try, even have pictures to prove it's not working. They finally removed the moldy fridge after I yelled, 17 days with the fridge. They don't care, they spend their days watching TV at the office. It took 2 weeks to get the shower valve fixed, it was either hot or cold, no in between. When I... moved in, they still had to have guys come fix the poor paint job on the countertops, I couldn't be home for that. Then another day of being out of the house for the tub refinisher? I have to plan what I wear each day, because it's a sauna in my closet. I got a key to the gym, but you can't close the door while you're in there, so I won't be using it.
