I would not recommend living here. Since moving in, we have never been provided with a mailbox, which is a serious inconvenience and risk for missing important mail. On top of that, maintenance is extremely unreliable. Problems with hot water and AC happen often, and every service ticket takes far too long to be addressed.

I have been very pleased with this complex since I've been here the last few months. First of all, the property manager Brittny as well as Linda and Catherine in the front office are very kind and friendly people, making it always a positive experience when I need their assistance. My unit was totally renovated and as a result all of it is in pristine condition and very easy to keep clean. I haven't seen a single bug inside either. I never hear my neighbors or anybody around the property and it... feels very safe here. My AC had a leak in it after only a month of living here and couldn't cool down properly. Instead of pushing me off or making excuses, the regional maintenance supervisor had my entire air handler replaced with a brand new one within a few days of it first being an issue. Now I can run my AC at 65 all day long with zero issues if I wanted to. There's plenty of parking. The entire back side of the complex is up against the golf course and it's actually a nice stroll back along that fence. It's not a luxury complex, but all of my needs are met here and it's better than most other apartment complexes I've lived at in Corpus. Love the ladies in the office and the manager is kind, understanding, and listened to all of my concerns! 3 days later all my concerns were addressed and the Hawaiian guy is so kind and deserves 10 stars. My unit is renovated with granite and besides some water marks on the granite from hot/cold the apartment is perfect!! Love my first place!

New management is amazing and really making changes to the new asphalt and maintaining. Maintenance is fast and does the job right! So glad I renewed another year with the new management
