The outsides of the buildings are not well taken care of it’s all the doors are old the apartment that I happen to roll into there were holes in the doors and what they did was putty them up and cover them up with paint like who does that? Layout is fine but it’s old and The company has not done any upgrades here at all. Zip. Nothing the sliding door to the balcony there’s no screen door. The locks don’t work I mean, I can go on and on I mean, as far as like crime wise, I haven’t seen or... encountered any issues in that manner the staff I mean they’re good at getting you signed up and getting in, let’s put it that way, but I don’t think they’re very attentive to People have violations. you can look at some of these apartments and there’s no blinds in the windows can’t blame them because the blinds that they use is so flimsy that if you touch them the wrong way ?multiple cats everywhere people using mattresses to block the windows. I mean it’s like disgusting not all people. I haven’t had any interaction much with the office. The maintenance guys seem fine. I mean you put a request in through rent café and they come right away so no issues there. I will see how long I decide to stay. I’ve got to stay for a year obviously, but I don’t know if I’ll stay More than that. It depends on how things go environment wise. what I’m looking at like the AC unit the you know the plumbing that sort of stuff I mean, even the oven that they put in is not self cleaning it doesn’t have a timer on it. It’s basic basic basic unit Which is ridiculous but it is what it is and so we’re gonna have to live with it for the next year, it’s not gated there’s potholes in the parking lot so it’s it’s the properties not taken care of. The management company does not take care of the property and it shows so that’s why they charge cheap rent for your basic one bedroom because there’s nothing that they’ve done to exert themselves money-wise, except maybe do a paint job and that wasn’t even done correctly to putting in basic appliances and not even fixing like the locks on the sliders or the faucets in the bathroom though should’ve been replaced the faucet in the kitchen that should’ve been replaced I mean it’s stuff like that really Simple fixes that we’re not addressed so I don’t know. We’ve had a roach and flea problem since the very beginning.Our ceiling is always leaking and our closet is soaked with water and the dishwasher is broken! All things we’ve been trying to get maintenance to take care of and no one has shown no matter how many requests you make!! Tell the office and they lie and say maintenance is on the way when they never are! And yes the hot water is limited and sometimes we never have

Apartments are old and falling apart. The walls crumble to the touch, probably due to all of the mold. SEVERAL times I've come across maggots' crawling out of the baseboards!
I've lived here 4 years, and it's the same thing every week; water shut offs, A/C is broken, maintenance needs to come into my apartments just to work on other apartments.
The maintenance team is never any good.
They all have excuses to why they can't fix anything..
Had one tell me that the sun is the reason your a/c... doesn't work right. And that I should keep all my windows covered..
I have so many fans because of this a/c issue, as well as sun block out curtains always drawn..

I am a reasonable person that rarely leaves reviews. This place was HANDS DOWN the worst apartment living experience of my life. Not even going to waste by time writing out the infinite list of atrocities or stress that Four Winds introduced into my life the 9 months I lived here.

Horrible staff horrible apartment...no hot water ... roaches bad....charge you fees for everything...no parking laundry rooms steal your money... but above all the office staff ecpecially office manager is rude
