This place is terrible! At first everything is good even the maintainance. We try to call them even for emergency maintainance but it just sends us to voice mail. Our down stairs bathroom sink has water coming out the drain when it rains. It got our dining area and kitchen flooded twice! Tried to call management but the phone keeps on going to voice mail. We had fleas rats and cockroaches in our apartment they didnt do anything! I keep on putting work orders and they keep on sending us email... that its done but they never even looked at it! The maintainance is really rude. He laughs when I tell him about some of our problems in the apartment. These pictures on this website is a joke! This place is old. When these were first built, they were luxury, top of the line apartments. There wasn't anything else like it here in Corpus. It's build solid with steal rods and concrete (you may find cellphone reception wonky because of it). They are sturdy and have survived two major hurricanes since they were built. We lived here 9 years ago, ironically, in the exact same apartment my mother and grandmother lived in when they were first built. I loved everything but the plumbing and my weird neighbor... upstairs who insisted on practicing the bass guitar at full volume at 3am. I miss having the space and the patio. I've often thought about going back, but rent has since increased ten fold, which is just a sign of the times. I'm not sure about management now, but i can attest to the fact that the apartments themselves are good. Old, but good. When we lived there, we hosted a wedding up in the Japanese garden, held my son's first birthday party in the club house, and met residents who has lived there since it was built. Every single one of their photos are either FAKE stock photos or computer generated layouts. There's a reason for that. This place is a mismanaged DISASTER! It is extremely bad. I went to look at these apartments because they looked nice online. Wow, where do I start? This place is a MESS. Aside from the confusing property layout (it's similar to the projects), everything is old, in bad repair, missing or just broken. Even the pool has been broken for a while. The interiors are in equally bad... shape. What a real shame that the property management company is getting paid to run it into the ground. Please do not waste your time. It is really bad. The largest square footage on this side of town I have seen so far. Very central located. Pictures on here are old, visit the property or as for updated pictures, I was extremely surprised!!
