The apartments aren’t cleaned between tenants, the maintenance issues are endless, the inside of these apartments are not at all what they should be for the price.
There a LOT of police/cops who live here as well, makes for a controlling and invasive environment!!!
Many tenants are rude and crazy, very nosy, and very entitled.
Do yourself a favor and avoid.

I have been living at the Boulevard for over 3 years now. Management and staff have been kind and very responsive. People know who you are and react quickly if there is a problem or you need an answer. The property is kept up well, and the staff tries to promote a sense of community by hosting little shindigs and Happy Hours. A good place to live...

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE living at Oxford at The Boulevard!!! The apartments and staff here are by far the best in the area. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments and this one is by far the greatest! It’s a quiet and calm community and they’re constantly working to make improvements and adding new amenities. It’s also very close to Denton and Lewisville, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. I would strongly recommend checking them out.

I'm so glad that the city of Corinth has an upscale community such as this. Everything is top notch!

I love the idea of living in an apartment. In Corinth, Texas there are not a lot of options. I was so excited with The Boulevard Apartments built in my area. I absolutely love living her. All of the spaces are very modern and up to date from each apartment to the office, media room, work out room and the fantastic pool with outdoor kitchen area. They have a great park where you can relax and let your dog run freely in a gated area with a lot of room to roam. A fantastic pond with a water feature... is surrounded by a walking path. You can jog or take a stroll in a safe environment without having to worry to look over your shoulder, instead you can relax and enjoy. The storage units that are available on property is a huge bonus, I can run down and get what I need without ever having to leave the property. I love having my garage underneath my living space. I do not have to worry about bothering a resident below, since it is my roomy garage with a great amount of storage space as well as plenty of room for my vehicle. The club house offers fun events all through out the year including holiday events, garage sales, breakfast at the gate, etc. I was out of town unexpectedly for a long period of time. I was able to call the front office, they handled my mail for me and checked on the bananas that I had left in the kitchen. Any time I have needed anything from a light bulb change to air condition repair they have been extremely prompt and completed the job with excellence. Lastly, I have a 16 year old son who lives with me, so my number one concern was safety, cleanness, and privacy since he is my top priority in life. I feel extremely comfortable at The Boulevard that he is safe at all times. Added bonus, the Corinth Police Station is directly across the street :)I I have no desire to move from The Boulevard apartments any time soon, I love this place! The only apartment in Corinth, TX that I would recommend anyone calling home would be The Boulevard! :)) Read More
