I am starting my 6 year of residence here at willow Creek apartments.I am happy with the apartment and amenities. I have a one bedroom. The area relatively quiet ,neighbors friendly and hassle free.For the rent I’m paying, I think these apartments are a good deal.Overall, my experience here has been very good.I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to rent.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! RATS!! We are 2 months from moving out and I’m counting down the days. We have had rats in our ceiling and utility closet for months. Made plenty of service requests and nothing has been done. All they did was seal up the hole that they were coming in from with wood. They are still walking above our living room, dining room, and kitchen area. This is one of the worst and most disgusting places I have lived in. Nancy at the front does not respond to messages if it involves an... issue. We’ve had tons of electrical issues and leaks in our ceiling as well. The staff, especially maintenance, seem to have a very high rate of turnover. Miss Nancy, who is always professional and kind, is the only current employee that was here when we moved in.
We have had numerous issues in our apartment (leaks, faulty AC, etc) that have never gotten fixed on the first visit. There isn’t consistent maintenance on site, with people having to come in from Austin and Waco at times.
The pool has been a nightmare. It will be closed for months at a time, then overloaded... with chemicals and opened. It’s then not cleaned until it gets so gross that they have to shut it down for months again. This has been a repeating cycle here. And when we complain, the response is that they are short staffed and they are working on it.
There is always trash blowing around the property, not to mention piled up around the dumpsters.
And don’t get me started on the laundromat - the washers and dryers are not properly maintained and getting your money back is next to impossible as it’s all through an app that “management has no control over.”
The property is simply not up to the standards they advertise and certainly not for the amount of rent they charge. Read More

Willows creek is a place that is made and does feel like it’s your home. From the staff Mrs.Connie, Mrs. Jennifer and Mr. Donald and to the apartments itself. The apartments and townhomes are updated and very spacious the greenery from the grass to the ducks at the pond are very much a peace of mind. Overall if I could give this place a 10 out of 10 I would.

I started researching moving to Texas in March of 2021. I contacted Willow Creek and spoke with Bobbie who was extremely helpful!! I completed the application process online and moved in on 5/31/2021. Bobbie and the staff were so warm and welcoming. My apartment/townhouse was absolutely immaculate and exactly as pictured. The property grounds were so beautiful, extremely clean and well kept. Bobbie checked on me every few days for the first few weeks just to make sure I was ok and to see if I... needed anything. She went above and beyond.
Not only is the property excellent, the staff - very helpful, the other tenants are extremely quiet. I sleep with my window open every night and never hear anything other than crickets. I have been here almost a year and
I just gave my notice only because I bought my first house. If anyone I know is ever looking for an apartment, I will definitely send them to Willow Creek. Read More
