I wish there was an option for no stars! I have lived here way too long for this abuse! Brenda the so called manger is so unprofessional and doesn’t do anything to help the residents. She has her family working there that I dare say are not even legal because none of them speak English. I actually live here now for six months on June 1st, 2018 and this is the worst place I have ever lived now that I am 34 and I have been to war twice in the worlds dirtiest places. Brenda the manger is really unprofessional and is lethargic in getting anything done. I am still waiting for my mailbox key to which no lock is even assigned! My mail is unlocked at all times and I am not the only resident with this problem. This apartment complex is family owned and the family that owns it is very... disrespectful and does not like veterans such as myself. I have had problems with many things in my apartment since Day 1 such as no peep hole on my front door. The guest bathroom doesn’t work because of poor maintenance and if there is anything wrong with the apartment don’t expect to get it fixed without paying for it yourself.
