I’ve had a frustrating experience living here due to an ongoing ant infestation that has not been properly resolved. Despite bringing the issue to the office’s attention multiple times, the response has been slow and overall ineffective. I've been living with the ants for almost 2 months.
Communication from the office staff has also been disappointing. Messages often come across as abrupt, with no basic greeting or professionalism, which feels dismissive. Additionally, when issues or mishaps... occur, there is little to no warning or opportunity to address them—instead, the first response is often to immediately apply or threaten fees.
I understand that problems can arise in any property, but the way they are handled makes a big difference. Timely action, clear communication, and a respectful approach to residents would go a long way. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both pest control efforts and tenant communication moving forward.
