Quiet Community With Dog Park
This community is very quiet with a dog park-very dog friendly. Large dogs welcome. Quiet on weekends. Great prices on 2 bedrooms. There are only 2 bedroom apartment homes here. Older community. Only one maintenance man working with part time help though. New carpet in units and new counter tops. Small kitchen Large bedrooms and master has large walk in closet. Washer dryer hookups in hallway. Living room and dining are good sized. Neighbors are friendly. Walls are sound proof so far. I got new... appliances on move in. The only issue is no hot water for shower but maintenance man is ordering part and will replace when it arrives. Community is right near HEB, Kroger, Walmart. Sam's Club, and several hobby stores. RIght off of freeway. Front office is nice.
