The property is gorgeous. Definitely a hidden GEM! Assistant Manager Ruth was very very helpful and patient in helping me complete my application for an apartment. I was have a very busy week multi-tasking getting a apartment, changing jobs, and many other tasks that popped up unexpectedly. Ruth was very kind and helped me complete the application personally uploading stuff on her company computer so I could complete it before they closed and go complete many other tasks I had for my new... job, ect. THANK YOU VERY MUCH RUTH FOR BEING PATIENT AND GIVING UP YOUR VALUABLE TIME TO HELP ME! JAY PIERCE

Management needs improvement
The unit I’ve moved into is great! And it’s absolutely beautiful and was super clean upon move in! But the management and leasing team is not so good. Between the time I signed my lease and actually moved in it was one “forgotten” fee after another. And when I asked for the manager that’s when things really hit the fan. I just felt very lied too. I don’t write reviews at all, but only reason I’m giving 3 stars is really just for the unit itself. I’ll try not to deal with the leasing staff often... and I think we’ll coexist just fine. Just don’t forget to ask about every fee that may exist. Like for the washer and dryer if you want one in your unit.
The community so far is quiet, and the upgrades you get with these homes are really nice! I just wish the management and leasing staff were more professional.

Doors that don’t close
There’s numerous things wrong with this property from amenities constantly being closed two doors that don’t close right in my apartment
