Furnished rooms with essential furniture, featuring good lighting and charming night light options. Each room comes with a walk-in closet, a study desk, and twin size bed with comfortable mattress and bedding. If you're not keen on the provided... bedding, we're happy to exchange it for something you prefer.

Currently, we have two rooms available.

Shared kitchen, laundry, and several bathrooms comfortably accommodating our guests. Feel free to discuss arrangements for reordering the living space we're happy to be flexible. Upgrades to the living area are also open for discussion.

We're situated in a really lovely community with everything you might need nearby. H.E.B. is right around the corner, making grocery shopping super easy. The local petrol station offers great prices for fuel and drinks. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and essential services within easy reach. We're also very close to the best hospital in Conroe. And there's so much more to discover in this vibrant area!

You're more than welcome to opt for month-to-month / term leasing whatever suits you best!

We've got the gas for the stoves, water, electricity, central AC, Wi-Fi, and property management all sorted for you.

We've got plenty of free space in the living area, so if you find you need a bit more room or additional utilities, just let us know we're happy to have a chat and see what we can arrange.
