I have really enjoyed living at Sonoma. The community has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it truly feels like being part of a big family. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly.

Sonoma is a fantastic community to live in - I can’t recommend it enough to anyone and everyone. I’ve been living here for a year during my grad studies and so far I have no complaints. Every time I’ve had an issue, the management team responds right away (less than 24 hour turnaround!!) and usually they get maintenance in next business day. The apartments themselves are older, but they’re incredibly spacious for 1-2 people, I don’t hear any neighbors through the walls, and the evening lighting... through the windows is gorgeous here, which is an added bonus. The community is made up of mostly grad students and families so it is quiet and respectful.

The only hang up for Sonoma is that they don’t have in-unit laundry, but based on my experience, it’s a worthy sacrifice for how awesome it is here. And the laundry room is cheaper than most (if not all) laundromats in the area!

Finally, management always makes sure to learn everyone’s names and make us feel very well cared for. The maintenance team is also incredibly considerate of your time and thoughtful. One member of the team even patched a window for me while he was in to replace an air filter, free of charge and without me asking. They are lovely people! I definitely recommend living here! After having abysmal experiences with other apartments in College Station, from being lied to about zoning to neighbors terrorizing my cats through the window, I was getting a bit hopeless that I'd ever find a place that felt like home. When I first toured the one bedroom townhome last November, I immediately loved it-- wonderful space for the price, and the staff was so friendly. The unit I visited was currently occupied and it gave me a great sense of what I could expect.

Living there for 8... months, I have had no complaints. Staff is always friendly and courteous, they remember you and make an effort to connect. Maintenance is so kind and quick to respond, they even helped me replace my battery when I was late for work.

I've been able to make a beautiful little bird garden, the community is quiet and feels safe, and I just love it. I haven't had this positive an experience in years. Read More
