DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! I ignored reviews on made up charges upon move out and it came back to haunt me…. They will take all of your money and then some. The pool was never open, the apartments have the worst layout so air never circulates. If you cook it will smell like food it’s impossible to get air to circulate. There are also gaps in the floors between apartments in the baseboard and you will have roaches going back and forth. The park beside also doesn’t get mowed but once every few weeks so... there are so many bugs you can’t hardly walk it.. Staff is horrible to work with. terrible place to live with untended trash (trash bags are thrown outside the stairwells), beeping sounds/noises coming from fire riser room that haven’t been resolved for days. dirty carpet floorings with millions of dog furs - when asked to clean the carpet, they said they already used professional cleaning service yet tell me why there are still dog furs in my vacuum after 7 months of living here. by the way, there are also dog furs in the washer and dryer unit - my clothes still have dog... furs stuck on them.

worst thing here is the terrible terrible terrible service. staff are unfriendly, sometimes rude and very very not helpful. the beeping noise from the fire room -> no proper apology. dog furs -> sorry we cleaned it nothing to do now. garage system malfunction and couldn’t be closed for days -> oops we don’t know when maintenance would come, hope your stuff doesn’t get stolen in the garage.
maintenance takes forever to come.

bonus: security is also bad here. front gates aren’t closed. barely closed. maybe they’re closed for like once a month. oh back gates are always opened. everyone can just come in and go. they do not care for your security here - do not stay here! Read More

All the staff is super friendly. Lots of grass and paths in the complex walk your dog, completely fenced property too. it’s a little reassuring in cases of off leash dogs outside the complex coming to attack yours. The apartments are nice but the details are messy. Like the trim and whatnot. The pool is really nice in the summer, wish there was a grill up there though. They redid the gym and it’s pretty nice- not too many people use so it’s nice if u prefer a more private gym than a commercial... one. Maintenance and the office responds pretty quickly too. It can get loud on weekend nights but it’s pretty quiet 90% of the time. there’s trees everywhere that are FILLED with birds and i love hear/seeing them. Read More

It’s not bad, but it ain’t great either!
The maintenance guys while nice enough don’t know how to repair walls or paint. The walls are blotchy and horrible looking. I wish I could post pictures.
It was also not as clean as I had hoped. I had to clean a number of pet toys and dryer sheets from around the washer and dryer. I had to clean off all the shelves and light switches. THANKFULLY, it had brand new carpet!!!
On top of your rent they also charge fees for everything! Valet trash,... mailbox package lockers, pool views, etc. So there’s at least an additional $25 added to your rent…
