If you're looking for a great place on a budget, this is absolutely the place to be. I stayed here for two years, first time renting, and truly do not have one complaint about the place. It's extremely affordable, and for your money you get and incredibly clean and comfortable space with excellent management. It's not a party spot, with most renters either grad students or young families, it's a very quiet property. The maintenance staff was always on point and super friendly. The management was... the absolute best. Cynthia is extremely personable and will help with anything at the drop of a hat. Look no further Brazos Point is the place to be. Side note: I had to sell my washer and dryer fairly last minute and was having difficulty finding buyers; I emailed Cynthia asking if she knew of anyone and was told she would ask around. This is my first time renting. I moved 2 hours away and this apartment complex and the team made me feel right at home and got me into my apartment as soon as they could! There's a pool, onsite laundry, and water, cable and wifi is included! It's in a perfect part of the town where it's not too crowded, but close enough to get to different places like restaraunts and stores. It's like I'm right at home, but even better!

Apartments are not new but in good conditions. The water heater breaker broke and got fixed the same day. The water heater hose broke too and management addressed the problem right away, props to the management. I recommend the apartment. I lived there for 2 years and had no major problems.
