The leasing management is very rude, unprofessional and hangs up in your face. Would not move into those apartments.. they will act like you didn’t sign the original lease and send you a new with different amount.

The complex has a great vibe and sense of community. As a local vendor, I spend a good amount of time on the property. Waylon & Jenny are friendly, helpful and care about the residents here. They also put on great resident events and activities.

I was driving through Celina and have been eyeing these apartments for a while so I decided to stop by for a tour and Waylon the maintenance supervisor was very friendly and very helpful and told me a lot about the place and the area! I will definitely be back soon!

One Preston is a nice and quiet place to live. The office staff is amazing. The assistant manager Tamm is so nice and has a smile that will light up a room. Go take a tour and make this place your new home.
