I absolutely love living at The Alden! My apartment is perfect - I love the luxury style finishes that make me feel like I'm living in a custom home. The amenities are to die for! I spend so much time in the clubhouse, pool, and "outdoor living room," as my daughter likes to call it. The spaces are always clean and presentable, and I love bringing friends and family here to show off ;). The staff is also super friendly and helpful. They host fun resident events and my neighbors are so kind!... Finally, you cannot beat this location in Cedar Park. This place is horrible build quality and the office does not even care if you had poor running water for months. Halls smell like weed from residents smoking in their apartments and getting the cops called on them regularly from domesticated fights and arguments. No proper cleaning crew I have cleaned the elevator many times for friends and family to visit me because I would be embarrassed. The list goes on and on... just please go elsewhere it looks amazing from the office and pool but it's... like a prison. It's just disgusting.. I tried to write a review on the main page

The auto-payment system that has not been updated, the unexpected double billing through the payment system that has been broken in the last month of the lease after months of inconvenient check payment, and the forced charging of Late payment fees and NSF fees, the rude and irresponsible response of management is the height of absurdity, Find out about Avenue5's stigma regarding the return of the deposit, You'll have guessed by now. I hope there are no more victims like me.

Horrible place, rude and unethical management. There're too many problems and issues consistently, LOOK ELSEWHERE to RENT a place, you'll be happy, this is a nightmare of a place.

They only do lip service. You're not valued as a resident. You pay a premium but expect no service. The management is unresponsive and unethical.

Management is irresponsible, rude and doesn't respond to tenants request. Management never respond to your request nor they care about your issue.
Contacted Becca at front desk for a simple issue 3 times and she just LIED with rude manner and said we will contact you and nothing happened. An absolute horror of a place.
Look else where if you're looking to rent here.
