4th-5th time I renewed my lease here(I lost count at this point) and everything been good here with little issues here and there, like the cold water never gets cold just lukewarm and the water in general has high levels of dissolved minerals(hard water). So do what I did and buy a filter shower head and water dispenser for drinking water.

The apartment itself is spacious and has lots of natural light. The kitchen is modern and has updated appliances. The complex has a great gym and a nice pool area, which are well-maintained. The management team is very responsive and friendly. Any maintenance issues I've had have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

Maintenance great. Everything else, it's so less to be desired. No parking, trash overfilled dumpsters,crater size potholes, overcharged for services you don't receive regularly or properly.
