Everyone is friendly and it’s a kid friendly area. They are very hasty about getting to any maintenance requests . It’s not loud at night like other places I have lived

I’ve been here almost 2 years and it’s been absolutely exceptional! Love the staff, pool and dog park! It’s a very quiet neighborhood, it’s gated and feels safe. Plenty of parking, and in the main office they offer a gym, pool table and free beverages.

The community is clean, except for residents not cleaning behind their animals.
The staff is great and responsive. For it being an apartment community, it is very quiet.

The new gate system doesn't work properly. Most of the time there's a problem getting in the entrance gate, a real pain!
In the fitness center, there's always equipment that's not working.
The hot tub at the pool hasn't worked properly for two years.

Been here a couple of months and we really love it. The only thing I have to complain about is the Marijuana smell at nights when we walk our puppies
