The new gate system doesn't work properly. Most of the time there's a problem getting in the entrance gate, a real pain! In the fitness center, there's always equipment that's not working. The hot tub at the pool hasn't worked properly for two years.

Been here a couple of months and we really love it. The only thing I have to complain about is the Marijuana smell at nights when we walk our puppies

Very positive experience so far. The only issue lately has been lack of parking but a few nuisance vehicles have been cleaned up. Otherwise nice work everyone!
