I've got three rooms available in Buda/South Austin. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need.
The... entire house is also available for rent at $2600 per month.

One room is a private bedroom with a private bathroom for $950/month and available September 5. The other rooms are private bedrooms with a shared bathroom for $790/month and available August 8. The deposit is $350 ($450 with pets), with a minimum 7-month lease and month-to-month after that. If you wish to rent the entire house, please let me know.

The home is clean, quiet, and easygoing, with a relaxed atmosphere that's ideal for someone looking for a comfortable and respectful living environment. It’s about 10 min to South Austin, ~20 min to Downtown Austin, ~10 min to Kyle, ~20 min to San Marcos, and about an hour to San Antonio.

You're also close to Downtown Buda, which has local events throughout the year, plus karaoke, comedy nights, live music, restaurants, bars, and Mavericks for country dancing.

It's a nice balance of small-town charm and convenient access to Austin when you want it, with quick access to I-35 and Toll 45 making it easy to get around.
