INFESTED WITH ROACHES. exterminators did absolutely nothing. very disorganized and lack of communication with tenants. DUCK POOP EVERYWHERE that attracts flies. water gets shut down so frequently. flies that come out of vents. many outlets do not work. WASHER AND DRIERS NEVER WORK.

They. Don’t like to give the deposits back
3 years and the maintenance crew takes for ever when called many time they had to called more than once. They’re always changing policies in the contract rent hike every contract renewal. BEWARE
