New management is making changes to the complex that I think are helping to improve the place. New manager Claudia is willing to listen and keeps people informed about any/all changes and enforces the rules as required. Maintenance Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

New mgmt makes this place terrible.
Wildwood MGMT took over just before Christmas. Last MGMT team made us all feel like family. Used to be events, monthly basket giveaways, maintenance handled issues quickly. Now new mgmt seems to run on fumes. Took them an extra 3 months to fix a broken light on the hot tub, while keeping functioning pool closed. Still closed even though light in got tub fixed. Supposed to be year round pool. Many neighbors including myself waiting on pool to be opened, and maintenance requests for many keep... getting ignored. No longer allowed to have BBQs in front of units, or patio furniture, bikes, etc. Too many items to move into unit that is lacking storage inside. Where do I put my BBQ that I was encouraged to buy and place here? Shouldn't be able to ban items that were once allowed and not hurting anyone. MGMT quick to demand changes but slow to do anything for tenants.

New management
Hopefully this gets the attention of managment, since calling, emailing, and stopping in does not work. Doors always locked or "meetings". Not only has the pool and hot tub been closed for SIX MONTHS, with ZERO communication that translates to ANY kind of date we will be allowed in, there is ZERO communication from any gorm of management team on ANYTHING. Toilet has been broken 5 months. Nada. The apartments that flooded, were patched and painted. (Zero drying, replacing, NOTHING....just patched... the holes water came through, taped, floated, and painted ). The only communication we have received, is that we can no longer have porch furniture (4 years no prob...was actually encouraged) and now...no bbq pits. Done with this absolute travesty of a complex. The individual owners, mine especially, would be angry to know how bad its gotten. Word to the wise, stay as far away as possible. Also, my bbq pit is going nowhere. Thanks.

Great place to live
Recently moved in, we are so happy with the move-in process. Regina the manager was very helpful and professional. Maintenance requests are resolved with lightning speed! Grounds are lovely, it’s a quiet family complex close to everything in Boerne.
