Do not move here. It is extremely expensive, they will jack up the prices every year, but the return is bad service and lies from management. Okay location is not worth the hassle. And forget peaceful, there was a shooting here last year, which resulted in the name change from Carrington to Oxbow.
I have a broken dishwasher that management didn't bother to replace until I approached maintenance myself, and then they replaced it with another broken dishwasher. They refuse to replace it, always... saying they're waiting for this or for that, but it's just a game for them.
I have had a broken, unusable drawer for over a year.
I have an AC unit that leaks constantly, and I have to take out the condensation with a bucket or it will leak into the downstairs neighbors, and who knows whether management would do anything about any black mold that would result from that.

Been weeks without any response from this property about an application. No calls, no emails NOTHING. They wont even review my application. They have made zero contact with me and ignore every time I reach out to them to inquire. No one here does thier job. They dont even respond to low reviews because they clearly do not care at all. This place is so weird! Dont bother, they do not respect anyone time or money and they will waste yours. I have been living here for a couple months now and I really enjoy living here. The managers in the front office are friendly,kind,professional. The maintenance does a great job keeping up with the grounds.

I have lived here about five months and very good experience so far. Awesome office staff and maintenance staff. Everything has been so smooth and easy. I like the neighborhood and the buildings themselves are clean and nice.

The facilities are already nice, but I do wish the fitness center had more machines. :)

I recently moved here and all I can tell you is that I am very pleased, the maintenance is good, Marvin is an awesome person who keeps everything running smooth, the lady at the office couldn't more helpful, they are great, the equipment at the laundry rooms are in good condition, and this something to be thankful, the parking are always maintained in good condition and security is good, you hardly hear noise and that is great, the pool is clean and well maintained. In other words this is what I... was looking for and I'm very pleased God provided me with a good place to live in.
