From waterline breaks, valet trash you have to pay for but never pick up your trash, and bugs. you get the full experience. Something I never thought would happen. I have had an animal living in my ceiling for 2 months and No mater how many emails, calls, maintenance requests I put in it still is there. I can't have a visitor stay for more than 2 days but 2 months and I still have a friend in my ceiling (btw. I'm on thr first floor so it's between me and the floor of the unit above.)

Current tenant
I have been living here for 6 months and have enjoyed it. They keep the grounds nice and clean. The maintenance people are all friendly and constantly picking up any trash left around the complex. The office staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful as well. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment home.

Not worth it
Don't move here. Management is horrible and it doesn't make it a very inviting place to live.

run away and never look back
I have been without hot water for 3 days... with no notice of when I will be getting hot water. the office never answers the phone and takes 2 weeks to answer an email. When an emergency shut off of the water happened at 7:50 at night with no warning all they do is sent out an email the next day saying sorry and oh yeah we are going to be closed today so you cant get a hold of us. and since that email no other communication about it. there is dog poop everywhere and they tell people to use the... bags provided that they only refill once every couple of months so there are none. They don't care about the property or you. they just want to over charge you and take your money.
