This apartment was okay when we first moved in. But after a couple of months we started getting notices on our door for every little thing. They seem to make up fees and fines out of nowhere. Even when you have paid everything in full. And good luck with getting maintenance to fix anything. I guess they decide what they want to fix. We cannot wait for our lease to end.

King Gate apartments
King gate apartments has been pleasant to stay in so far. I've lived in the apartments going on 2 years and really have no complaints other than the maintenance crew seem to be s Lil as slow with requests at times and I wish they would start back cutting the Lil patch of grass that lines each individual patio.
Other than that, a great place to live!!!
