Maintenance is handled expeditiously. Staff is very helpful. Facilities are spread out nicely. Super pet friendly. Lots of acres and waste bins for pet walking and a dog park. Parking is never an issue. 2 pools. Laundry and enclosed postal area. Going into a 2nd lease soon.

The application process was easy and fast. I have been here a little over 6 months and everything has been great so far. Management cares about the appearance and conditions of the property. Great staff and maintenance is always available. There maybe some confusions with service requests, but when that gets cleared up; management is on the problem quicker than bees on honey! Great place to live!

i lived in this community in 2018 and later moved to another complex closer to the inner city. wow i never realized how awesome country village actually was. they truly care about their tenants. issues were always fixed that day. the area is safe, it’s just a nice environment. it is far out from the city and it does flood so be weary of that; but this place is amazing. i will be going back

Me and my roommate have been living here for about 6 months. There office staff are very friendly. There neighborhood is quiet andthere neighbors are friendly too. The scenery is great. It's full of dog lovers and I have yet to meet a mean dog. Sometimes the maintenance people take a while but they do a good job. The appartment looked great on the inside when we moved in and we recieved a gift basket. Overall I highly recommend moving here.

All in all, this is a good neighborhood to live. Very quiet and rarely have any disturbances. However, DO NOT get a downstairs apartment. The area floods bad in heavy rains, and the recent floods (harvey and imelda) washed out all the downstairs tenants.
