I have lived in this apartment complex for over 10 years. The rates are relatively affordable, the location is decent, and over my time most of the staff and maintenance crew have been supportive in general. I wish I could say the same for management. There’s been so much turnover in that department that there’s been a wide variance in responsiveness and consistency.

During my time at this complex, I’ve lived in three units. I moved out the first I lived in for a few years when they abrubtly... forced me out due to mandatory renovations with barely any heads up. I lived in my 2nd for a few more years but due to **persistent** roach infestation over months and rates that had risen due to the pandemic, I had to move to my final unit. The 3rd and final unit was decent but also had terrible plumbing issues and not just because it was on the first floor. Every few weeks there have been clogs and leaks, at multiple points I was forced (paying out of my pocket) to stay at a nearby hotel because they kept doing little fixes that *would NOT last*.

But the straw(s) that broke the camel’s back (as of Summer 2026) were the noise issues I experience for my last two years at this complex. I have never in my life come across so many various people who simply couldn’t give a crap about how loud their car stereos are and whether or not the bass from their sound systems could be heard through their neighbors walls. It was maddening.

I had over those two years reported these clear lease violations through the proper channels to pretty much no avail or acknowledgement. I almost never received a response and if the office did reprimand these residents, it was never effective. They were more concerned about the pet waste policy than sending notices out about noise violations.

These issues were also how I learned the complex’s contract with their security service that I was encouraged to call if there were issues had lapsed. I’m also not sure they tow anymore, so any stranger can come park anywhere in the complex as long as they choose it would appear.

I write all this to say most of these issues are common at similar complex I’ve come to learn. My time here wasn’t all bad, mostly just so-so. However especially these last two years, this place has declined remarkably since I first moved in.

I just hope this diatribe can inform anyone reading it and considering this complex. If you can afford better, I would encourage you not to settle for this apartment complex. Read More

My humble review about this apartment place. For an additional 200 dollars, I could have rented a better place than here. As a college student I am on a budget and trying to save money to make it with school and rent. Before I moved here, they showed me a demo apartment, and everything looked good. When I moved into the apartment I had a bad experience.
1. Roches are all over the apartment.
2. The apartment had a strong order of Cigarettes.
3. Cat hairs can be found all over... the apartment.
4. The cabinets are old and full of mold. Whoever fixes this place only paints over the mold and doesn't remove the mold.
5. No trash bins. You have to walk across the apartment complex to throw your trash bags.
6. Poor customer service. Lesly from the office has a bad attitude when calling for the status of a service request.
I asked if I could be relocated to another apartment, but the price increased drastically. I attempted to break my contract, but the fee was high, and I couldn’t accommodate the full amount. I was stuck with the apartment. Please ask questions and ensure you visit the apartment they are renting you. Be aware and don’t get a surprise like I did. If you can for an additional 200 dollars you can get a much better place. This is just my honest opinion about this place.

The apartments are nice, especially for the neighborhood. They do, however, have a terrible roach infestation that has become worst over the years. Roaches in my bed, fridge, and shower.

If you want your car totaled or damaged by other people that live in the complex and watch people fight in the parking lot then yeah come waste your money here
