I have lived here for almost 3 years and will not renew my lease. It was poor when I moved in but this was cheap them and all I could afford. It has gotten worse since I moved in. I have had things disappear from my apartment and getting repairs done (and done correctly) has been a nightmare. Currently, the trash is piled high and no pick up in the last two weeks. It is not worth the high price they are charging. Cockroaches are everywhere, as are stray cats and trash.

Every review is accurate and true, yet this place still commands a 3.5/5 In what world is that true mathematically? It is a 1/5, period and stay away from this place. Roaches upon entry when my son moved in, gun shots in the middle of the night, trash littering the place daily, no pool like in the pictures, the laundry room never works, a management team who is on Cinco De Mayo apparently because they are absent for any complaints. I live by the leasing office. Everyone on that side keeps to themselves. There’s some men who do drink outside, but keep to themselves and have occasionally had a few too many and made a mess. Other than that, neighbors in that area look out for each other. But I would like to add, the amount we are paying, management, we need better security like a good camera system . The mail room needs it, harsher punishment for vandalism on the gates. Maintenance is overwhelmed, I know this, but they need... to answer the tickets requested. I moved into this complex after I lost my job during covid and was living off of savings. I needed some place cheap while I bounced back, and man did this place deliver. I literally had no options, so if you do I would 10000% suggest looking for someone else.

This was by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. The grounds were unkept and littered with trash, the units were not properly maintained, and the other tenants were atrocious. Upon my move-in, the apartment was unclean and had a... putrid smell; for which management did nothing. There were was a constant air of danger, be it from the shootings, police presence, or break ins. My front door was kicked in while I was away, and management did nothing about it. And tenants were constantly playing loud music in the parking lot until 2/3AM.

This is just the beginning: constant maintenance issues, bug issues, trash and littering, thin walls and cheap finishes. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. Read More

I have lived in many places in my life and this complex is an absolute joke. The laundry rooms were broken for literally 6 months after that ice storm we had and now that they are “fixed” the machines still don’t work. Every time you have to do laundry you have to cross your fingers. My AC unit has broken three times and the fixes they do are less than temporary. Cockroaches and rats all over the grounds. Parking lot full of people blasting music out of their cars and cat calling my girlfriend... when she comes to visit. It is very unsafe for a young woman. I wake up for work at 4 am and even on weeknights there will be people right outside my window just blasting music until about 2 am. I am constantly baffled at the behavior of the tenants here. I have had to yell at people for leaning on my car and having their beers on the hood. There is never a moment of peace and quiet. There is dog poop literally everywhere you look and where there isn’t, there is broken glass or trash. Then they have the audacity to try to raise the rent! Laughable. I only moved here because I was in a pinch but I wouldn’t wish life in this complex on my worst enemy. If this review even convinces one person to not move here I will feel a bit better.
