The management as of end of 2024-2025 has made this place worse!!!! I’ve been a resident at Twelve100 for some time, but my recent experience has raised serious concerns about safety and management accountability.
This morning, a man attempted to enter my apartment claiming it was listed as a vacant unit. When I went to the office to report it, management confirmed that someone had moved out and blamed the former resident for writing the wrong apartment number. When I asked why that information... wasn’t verified before giving someone access, I was told that “the attempt to enter” was how they discovered the mistake — which is completely unacceptable.
Rather than acknowledging the clear safety issue, both managers became defensive, insisting they didn’t have a key and downplaying the situation. I was home with my door double-locked; otherwise, this could have ended very differently.
It’s deeply concerning that the management team is more focused on deflecting responsibility than ensuring residents feel safe in their own homes. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and proactive safety measures should be non-negotiable — and unfortunately, that’s not what I’ve experienced here.

Always something going wrong...
Although my apartment itself is nice, since moving in this spring there is always some excuse as to why the gym, pool, business center, fire pit, and other amenities are not working or are closed. It feels like there is literally always some excuse, and yet I doubt they'd accept excuses from me if I couldn't pay my rent for weeks, or months, at a time. With so many other great options in North Austin, there's no reason to put up with this. If consistent amenities are important to you, look... somewhere else.

They go out of there way. They have been super patient. I'm hoping we ( tenants) can be as patient with them. .

Bad management
Since the storm, my unit has had no water for over 2 weeks. There were daily emails sent with work updates but it did not include my unit for reasons unknown. When I attempted to call the office, most times I was sent to voice mail. The lack of communication is appalling. When I was finally able to get running water the plumbers left a mess saying maintenance will take care of it. It's been days and I have yet to hear anything from them. I should mention that the water is cold, not hot, but... hey....at least it's better than nothing. When it came to paying rent, the server was down for hours, it's insane. Not sure if it'll be the same onwards. Save the hassle, do not move here. As of right now the new management needs a lot of work.

Poor Management. Avoid it if you could
They have really poor service and management. I have been having terrifying experiences since last 3 months. That includes over paying, no service and loss of time.
