Lease here, trust me!

I’ve lived at Tramor at the Hills for almost three years and have happily renewed my lease each time. I truly love living here! The community is peaceful and well-maintained, maintenance is quick and reliable, and the staff is always friendly, quick, and responsive. It really feels like home, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Love calling this place home!

I've lived at this apartment complex since 2021 and recently renewed for another year. Over the years, it has truly felt like home. My first apartment was tucked away in the back of the property on the first floor, and last year, my partner and I upgraded to a larger, newly renovated unit on the second floor. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Watching the sunset over the hills from our balcony is my favorite perk. The community feels cozy, safe, and peaceful.

The entire complex has always...
been well-maintained and we love how dog friendly it is. The maintenance team has consistently provided excellent service. They have always friendly and attentive. Most work orders are completed the same day, depending on the issue, and communication is always clear. Pest control has been easy to schedule, and even when we lived on the first floor, we rarely encountered bugs. While the plumbing has been an ongoing challenge (due to the older buildings) the leasing team communicates repair schedules in advance, which has made it easy to plan around any disruptions.

The current leasing team is phenomenal! Katy, Bailey, and the rest of the staff are attentive, caring, and consistently go above and beyond to address any concerns. We truly feel valued as residents. When we outgrew our smaller unit and fell in love with our current unit, the team made our transition seamless, even accommodating an early move-in.

Although I work 25 minutes away, I have no desire to move because the location of this complex is unbeatable. We're conveniently close to three major highways. HEB is about a mile away, and we're within walking distance of the Arboretum shopping center. The Gateway Shopping Center and The Domain are also nearby.

We can’t recommend calling Tramor at the Hills home enough!

Great Place to Live!

I’ve lived at this complex for about 2 years and I have absolutely loved it! The communities quiet, clean, and the neighbors are all very respectful and friendly. The front office and maintenance teams are both extremely helpful and reliable. As far as the units themselves, while not all of the have updated appliances, etc, they are clean and very comfortable.

I moved to the area from South Austin and have really enjoyed the neighborhood. It’s a short walk to the Arboretum, and any stores you...
may need are within a 5 minute drive. It’s also very accessible to downtown. Overall, I highly recommend this complex!

Long-Time Resident - Love the Hills!

I have been a resident at Tramor at the Hills since 2019 and have loved every moment here. The property is like living in a treehouse and the office staff are the best I have ever worked with. The grounds are extremely well maintained and it feels like you are living in a treehouse! Maintenance is quick to respond and all of the maintenance guys are a pleasure to work with. The community is incredibly pet friendly, with no breed or weight restrictions for dogs, which makes it quite the haven for... Austinites with large pups. The community is also walking distance to the Arboretum, which hosts an array of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores such as Trader Joe’s and HEB. The neighborhood is quiet while still providing easy access to major highways. Even getting downtown from here is a breeze!

Over the course of my time here, I have met some wonderful neighbors at the pool who have actually become some of my greatest friends. Everyone I have met, staff and residents alike, is so friendly which just makes this community feel more like home. I am happy to have found this gem back in 2019 when searching for a new home!

Hidden Treasure

I have lived at Tramor at the Hills for the past few years. The community and staff is amazing and welcoming. Close to everything but tucked into the hills of Austin. Love love love being walking distance from Trader Joe’s and Star bucks.
