A total vibe

Beautiful community, amazing floor plans, I love the island in the kitchen. The gym is amazing. Definitely recommend.

Terrible

Ever since this property has gone under new management things have been terrible. The hallways are always dirty with severe, bugs, stains. Doors constantly broken so anyone can walk into the building. The water smells like rotten eggs. The overall upkeep of the property has fallen since new management has taken over. I highly recommend not living here.

Beautiful Property, Needs Better Maintence

The apartment itself is very beautiful and has great potential; however, the overall upkeep of the property has been disappointing. There is trash left in the parking garages, and the hallways are not properly maintained. I have noticed spills, dirt, and spider webs in the hallways, which detracts from the environment.

I have experienced difficulty getting responses by phone. I’ve also had ongoing issues with my air conditioner, and the problem has yet to be clearly identified or resolved.... Additionally, the trash in the gym has not been emptied regularly.

With maintenance and improved communication, this community could be an excellent place to live. I hope management will take steps to improve cleanliness and responsiveness moving forward.

AMAZING property!

New to this spot and it’s incredible! The architects thought through so much with this property. I love myself a functional space! SO MUCH WORK FROM HOME SPACE and the interior design is beautiful! The apartments were built with quality finishing and are pretty spacious! Angela was so helpful getting me going and has been a pleasure to work with in general! I couldn’t say enough great things about this complex. Will come back later after being here longer, but initial review is amazing!

Beautiful!!

Just toured a 2 bedroom here and absolutely loved the layout we saw! The staff’s friendly and answered all questions. The motion lights in the closets were a nice touch. Can’t wait to apply!
