This complex is disgusting. Trash everywhere, people always partying, thin walls. There are a ton of roaches and occasionally rats. The walls are so thin you can hear the conversation of your neighbors. My dishwasher and garbage disposal don’t work, maintenance never came to fix them. A/C and heat barely work. PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT RENTING HERE

Wonderful Management!!
I have nothing but good things to say about management at The Square, though the managers change over sometimes they've always been very responsive and helpful whenever I have an issue or question.

Do not rent here!!!!
They are constantly changing managers. Then raising rent. The code enforcement has been out to my apartment 4 times due to rats. They have done nothing to treat this problem. They never answer the phone. They will cancel your maintenance requests. This is overall the worst place I've ever been at I'm completely disgusted. I moved into the "newly remodeled" apartments. This is not a safe place or sanitary place. Do not rent here.
