It was smooth! The welcome was very warm and transition from my old to new apartment was really smooth. Would really be convenient if the second lift is renovated as soon as possible because one lift is not enough when we are getting late.

DO NOT live here! Worst Management ever! During COVID, apartment was not only NOT clean, but was disgusting. Forced them to have cleaned 2 additional times WHILE moving in. Have plenty of evidence like these pictures which were AFTER the 2 addl cleanings! Washing Machine regularly leaked while living there and they were slow at best to handle it and only did temporary fixes. It is literally impossible to communicate with management. You can only get voicemail and they NEVER return calls.
To... make it even worse, we left the apartment in amazing move-in condition and despite how we received it and how we left it, they still charged us a $139 cleaning fee, then sent us to collections when we couldn't get a hold of them.
We could go on with the many other issues here!!
Again, DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Just look at reviews everywhere about this place. We're not alone! There are a lot of apt communities in the area, find a different one for sure!!
