This place was great when I first moved in i2024 new management took over March 2026. These people are great when you sign the lease but beware because once that documents signed they will not be around. They do not answer current resident phone calls they do not return phone calls. They do not answer emails either. They convinced me that I needed to pay for the entire month of my last month of rent just because THEY could not find my lease and that they would reimburse me as soon as I moved out... . I was able to find the lease once I started moving out. The term date was the 26th of the month and I paid through the 31st.Well, now we’re going into two months post me competent leaving and they still haven’t paid me back despite numerous phone calls and many, many emails Lena in particular seems to be very incompetent. She screwed me on the deposit and the additional days that they had me pay in good faith. The complex is old and in need of ann upgrade, but otherwise it’s not too bad. It’s just the management is terrible, terrible. terrible,

how do you call them?
your guys calls suck, you dont have anyone that answers the websites calls just robots, when i schedule a virtual tour you guys gave us the option to pick, doesnt give us the email to do it, tried contacting but no one is answering, terrible customer service. get rid of the virtual tour button if you guys arent gonna provide it.

I recently moved here and it was a seamless experience.
I recently moved here and it was a seamless experience. The staff was well organized and made me feel right at home. I have not had any issues arise that have not been promptly addressed and I love my apartment especially for the price!

Poor Management
I've been a resident here for 4 years and management has turned over multiple times. Community maintenance has been neglected throughout that time (gates that don't work, lighting in buildings and the grounds that doesn't get replaced when reported, etc) but they're currently doing some work on that so maybe that will turn around? Maintenance issues in my unit typically have been resolved promptly until recently. My a/c has been out for a week and keep getting generic answers about how... they'll tend to it but no one can tell me specifically what is wrong and when it will be repaired. If you're looking for a place that is communicative and respectful of their tenants, look elswhere.
