INVASION OF PRIVACY

I moved into Presidium in November, and my experience has been chaotic, with repairs being ignored and serious breaches of privacy. Maintenance entered my apartment without consent while my wife and I were at work, which we caught on camera. As a Muslim, ensuring my wife’s privacy and safety is a priority, and this blatant disregard for boundaries is unacceptable. Despite my clear notes in the maintenance app, Bianca ignored them, and the office violated lease terms, specifically Chapter 14... .

When I confronted Bailey about the situation, she dismissed my concerns, claiming she thought I was home and had spoken to Bianca—highlighting their poor communication. Instead of addressing their mistakes, Bailey called me rude for standing up for our privacy. What’s truly rude is marking work orders as “completed” when they’re not. When I asked Bailey about it, her response was, “We can’t have work orders open for several days.” That’s when rent deductions should come into play, not deception.

Safety is also a major issue here. My wife and I nearly got mugged, and when I originally signed the lease, I was told there was an officer on duty. After signing, Bianca changed her statement, saying they are only “on call.” That’s misleading and shady.

To make matters worse, our window has been broken for five months, yet it keeps getting labeled as “completed.” Lucas claims it’s under warranty, yet nothing has been done. Instead of fixing issues, management has resorted to ignoring my texts and emails, refusing to provide the district manager’s contact information, and even banning me from the office simply for asking for accountability. Lucas accused me of cursing in the office and claimed to have video proof—but has yet to show it.

Enough is enough. Tenants deserve honesty, respect, and accountability, not gaslighting and false accusations. I expect the unjust ban to be lifted and an apology for the privacy invasion. Presidium needs to do better.

Perfect location - Amazing amenities

I had the pleasure of touring this community and I was blown away by the amenities, the apartment finishes and the customer service. This community is in the PERFECT location for someone looking to live in Austin close enough to get to downtown or the Domain quickly but far enough away to not get caught in all the traffic. I personally love the amount of “green” space.. a walking trail, beautiful mature trees and courtyards really add that Austin and comfort touch. Not to mention, the staff is... so kind and friendly. Bailee really took her time in finding me the perfect apartment and I look forward to all this community has to offer. 10/10 recommend! See for yourself.
