If you choose to live here, be prepared for the monthly fire drills at 9am. Alarm will blare for 15-20 minutes straight, with no regard to WFH professionals or pets. The office will reassure you however, that there’s nothing to worry about and only a false alarm. I didn’t have this many fire drills in elementary school. Beyond that, the apartment is fine.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how disruptive unexpected fire alarm activations can be, especially for those working from home or with pets, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience they may cause... .
Please know that our fire alarm system is not “faulty,” but rather highly sensitive by design to ensure the safety of all residents. Many of the recent activations have been triggered by environmental factors such as cooking, steam, or maintenance-related activities—not scheduled “fire drills.” Every alarm is treated as a real emergency and must be fully cleared by the fire department before it can be reset, which is why they may last longer than expected.
As a newer, lease-up community, we are continuing to fine-tune systems and work closely with our vendors to minimize unnecessary activations while maintaining full compliance with safety regulations.

Love this property, been here for 2 years now and have renewed because of how enjoyable it is. The only downside is the parking situation. Having about 10 guest spaces for a 300 resident building is pretty tough

Eli was a very good tour guide. The units are spacious and clean. I personally am a big fan of the patio space, such a nice addition. The pool looked very clean and well kept, I saw many of the residents enjoying it! I would definitely recommend contacting Eli for a tour.
