If you like roaches, being charged insane amounts of money, and crime then this is the place for you!
This place is a dump! You hear me? A dump! The 2 years that I had to live here were a friggin nightmare! It dangerous, roach-infested, dirty, loud. The unsavory activity that would take place on the premise here was unreal! There was a leak from the bathroom above me that caused a giant rust water bubble to form under the paint and burst everywhere leaving a steady drip above my toilet. It took them a week to send a sheisty repairman out to(very badly) repair this. There was constantly domestic... violence in the apartment upstairs the cops were there almost daily. The front office staff is so unprofessional. They charged me for all kinds of ridiculous things (amounting to $2,500) because they didn't file my inventory list of damages that I filled out upon moving in. When I moved out, I was told to leave my key in an envelope with my information in the drop box if it was after hours. It was after hours when we finished cleaning that day, so I followed their directions and they lost that too!!! So I was charged $50 for replacing the locks! Unbelievable unprofessionalism, filth, and crime. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy if they were leasing for free! I could go on but I don't want to relive the horror.

Good space for a reasonable price.
Longspur Crossing has good but older apartments for a reason price. They are excellent at getting needed repairs done.

Longspur Crossing Apts
These apartments are a great deal in this ever increasing economy. They are more affordable than most and because it is an older complex, the apt. size is much larger than newer models. The leasing agent, Erica, is very warm and friendly as well as efficient and helpful. The apt manager, Jaime, is fair and compassionate to extenuating circumstances. Great price & size, great staff and location. It's a win win! So check it out!
