Don't move here

This place is extremely dirty, trash everywhere. Management clearly doesn't care about the appearance or upkeep. The people are very loud at all hours, oftentimes bumping their music for the whole neighborhood to hear or causing commotion in other ways. Cops are always called to the property to handle disturbances or patrol for people they're looking for.

not worth it

Grounds are unsafe and dirty. Broken glass and trash everywhere. Constant plumbing issues, multiple instances of sewage leaking on walking paths.

Management does not respond to calls, voicemails, or emails. Leasing office will say open, but door is locked and no answer.

Do not apply here. It is really not worth it.
