Looks nice on the outside, but is not maintained. The hallways are constantly covered with dirt, shared dog park is covered with waste and reeks of urine, and the pool area is never cleaned. Work requests are left incomplete, or the staff will enter your home without knocking or asking permission. It's disappointing to see a complex that looks so nice from the photos be so poorly maintained, with an unresponsive staff dismissing all concerns.

Elan Parkside is an outstanding community and neighborhood to reside in, in Austin, TX. The area is wonderful and the community of people living here are terrific. The neighborhood and surrounding area is a retro, urban, corner of Austin with newly developed apartments that are all very dog-friendly as a plus, with neighborhood coffee shops, a revamped community college, National Public Radio station, and a vibrant, young, professional and tech friendly environment to live and play in.
