I have not had a very good experience at another complex and she reassured me that I would not have the same experience. I looked at may apartments but Delaney is the reason I would choose Davies Ranch. I look forward to being a future tenant.

Avoid At All Cost.
I would avoid at all costs. We had issues regarding noise throughout the night and it took months for it to be resolved. We had a storm and water started to leak through the window in the bedroom and through one of the smoke alarms which cause all the smoke alarms to go off. We have had issues with pest in the kitchen as well as in the bathrooms. There has been a smoke smell in one of the bathrooms that permeates throughout the apartment. It has been over a month since we reported the smoke... smell and management has yet to resolve the issue. We are unable to use the bathroom due to the smell. The manager does not seem to care at all about our experience here.

Awful
Run Run! This place is the worst place to ever think of living. The present management is incompetent and clueless. Poor maintenance, everywhere is so dirty. Trash stays for days before being removed causing air pollution within the apartment complex. They keep changing management. Live elsewhere
