No key for storage door on balcony - access to storage not available No key for bottom door lever handle - will lock you out of apartment if locked from inside - no key to enter, only dead bolt key provided (already had that experience and the outstanding maintenance man climbed a ladder up two stories to go through my balcony to go inside and unlock the door) No key to mail box and no mail boxes... built yet. Office texts when mail is delivered. Having issues with mail not being delivered. Confirmation from post office of mail delivered but office has not received mail. Important documents in mail lost. (Driver's license, bill for electric etc) The apartment in ideal is fantastic, however it's still missing dog waste stations to dispose of dog and pet waste. No dog bags provided for pet waste at this time. I like living here but it has its issues, which I wasn't prepared to deal with when moving in. Transitioning into the apartment via application and orientation was a breeze, and the office staff really are quite amazing! They really go above and beyond for the residents here and they are ALWAYS SMILING AND LAUGHING which I find comforting. I would wait until the apartments are fully finished being built until moving in. My recommendation is that yes this place is wonderful, with a pool, decent size, but small; and grills that are super fancy. I have not visited the gym yet or any other amenities as of yet. I've been here for almost a month, 2 days shy. I would say not having a key to the bottom lever handle of the front entrance door to the apartments is dangerous. Perhaps you're cooking and having the stove on, or your child who can't walk is in their crib and you step outside after not unlocking the door lever from inside (it doesn't automatically unlock, the door will open even if locked from lever) ....time is precious in this instance and I'm grateful for the maintenance man but it took at least an hour to re-gain entry into my apartment. The time would vary of course now that the maintenance man has experience under his belt of what to do in this scenario. At first he tried to get through the door and it didn't work (tools, force etc). Then the ladder idea came up. Yes there is constant beeping noises and construction noises all day and night. 24/7 for beeping noises.
