Besides the mold they allowed to grow in my unit's kitchen, they also attempted to unlawfully charge me a RENT INCREASE of MORE THAN HALF of the rent. The ONLY reason they refunded and removed the increase was because I had security cameras inside and outside of my unit which showed that NOBODY from the GVA management came to my door to give me notice about an increase on the day they said they did. In regards to the rent increase its-self, its not worth it!
