Absolutely amazing northwest Austin apartments!
The people in the office are friendly, the community is very safe, the area is pretty. I felt like I got a massive apartment with high end finishes for a very reasonable price. I cannot think of even one downside about my time at Cortland River Place, and would move back in a heartbeat!

THE BEST PLACE
I have looked at many places before my decision was made and Cortland Riverplace is out of the question a wonderful place! Amazing staff to assist with ANY issues or confusion! Love living here

I went to ask about an Apartment and spoke with Denise the manager. She was so helpful and kind, she went out of her way to answer any questions I asked and was so polite. I would recommend anyone to go there and, all the staff were very pleasant and kind.
