I am relocating from Dallas and was looking for a short-term lease. After stopping by a different apartment complex, I saw Copper Mill Apartments and decided to talk to the leasing office. Glad I did. They were able to accommodate my short-term needs and at an affordable price. The approval process was quick. Within the week, I signed my lease. On move-in day, I picked up my keys, headed to my apartment to find a gift from the leasing office. It was a pleasant surprise filled with goodies... I really needed to get started in my new place. Decent for the price, but not enough parking. Management need to be improved. Nothing gets fixed on time. Floor plans are great and quiet neighborhood but has issues to fix first.
