Perfect place for the family.
I, my wife and my daughter now love where we live.We live in a quiet building, great neighbors, and good management. It didn’t take a while to build a good relationship with management and that was since day one when we signed the lease, and it has improved our experience if we need anything we will get it done right the way. The place is beautiful , clean, quit and safe. It has everything a family needs from the pool to the gym and the safety gate in addition to the playground and the bbq... place, also the dog’s place . The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyday we see each one of them working really hard to keep up the good work. Our lease will end on July 15th however we renew it for another year with pride and happiness. I strongly recommend Canyon Ridge Walnut Park Xing to be the place where to live and call it home.

Nightmare
-Poor management —do not express much concern or care
-Poor communication —phones do not work, ring twice and hang up —Might only respond to one email but no follow ups
-I was blamed for roaches I saw (2-6 per day) —was treated over 5 times with little/no success —turns out they were coming from the horrific vacant apartment above me which sat vacant in FILTH for over two months.
-Drug deals
-Neighbors yelling in the parking lot at random hours
-Bed bugs (once again from neighbors)
